Ruff Riders win at Penn State competition
Representing Warren County, the two Horse Judging Teams from the Sugar Grove Ruff Riders 4-H Club placed first and fifth in the Annual Spring Judging Contest held at Penn State University by the Penn State Block and Bridle Club on March 19. These local teams, coached by club leader Melissa Nyweide, competed with ten other teams from all across the state.
